If purchased online on wylervetta.com, enter Wyler Vetta Srl in the “Company name” field and info@wylervetta.com in the “Email” field. If the purchase was made in a store, enter the retailer's details.
If the warranty is already active, the retailer or Wyler Vetta Srl has already activated the 36-month warranty for your reference number.
The date of purchase corresponds to the date of the sales receipt and will coincide with the date of commencement of the guarantee.
The reference indicates the model of the original Wyler Vetta watch that is engraved on the case back (e.g. WV0400).
The serial number is a unique sequence of numbers and/or letters that identifies the product and is engraved on the case back (e.g. JXXX).
You will receive the activation confirmation on your email address and,if present, on your customer's email address.
